"A woman by her very nature is maternal -- for every woman, whether ... married or unmarried, is called upon to be a biological, psychological or spiritual mother -- she knows intuitively that to give, to nurture, to care for others, to suffer with and for them -- for maternity implies suffering -- is infinitely more valuable in God's sight than to conquer nations and fly to the moon."

I've never actually watched! I've only seen previews during our other much loved shows on that channel, it's on tlc, right? Claire would rather watch the Duggars then any actual kid's show, though she calls that one "the kid show". She also loves Cake Boss and has been begging me to watch The Unpoppables. What's Luke into these days?
We're going to be dropping our cable this month, so I'm even going to be missing out on the Duggars soon!
Luke honestly isn't into much these days. I'm lucky if I can get 20 minutes of him watching Toy Story or Curious George. Yesterday we recorded "Monster Jam," which is a Monster Truck rally and he was QUITE into that, so who knows. He's in a tricky stage where he's not a baby, but I'm not yet comfortable with him watching a lot of shows for school children.
I get it, hence the Duggar's and Buddy the cake baker. Since it's Justin's busy time of the year he makes the most of his nights home with her by letting her stay up and they watch basketball together, and the other weekend they were watching a gymnastics event. I think our babies are growing up! It seems like only yesterday that I never thought I'd get the Little Einstein's theme out of my head...
Yes, I was going to write, too, that Luke is really into coloring lately. He'll wake up in the morning before everyone else, and when he makes his way downstairs he'll have all sorts of pictures he's drawn. I suppose that's what he's into these days, although I could do without his arms (and face) covered in marker ALL the time!
Justin and Mark are SO similar. He's always trying to get one of the kids to snuggle and watch highlights with, all the while I'm begging to get the kids to bed!
