Bizarro World.

Last night I dreamt that I went to get a manicure, a full set. A full set meaning and full set of fake, acrylic nails. Bizarre. I've never had fake nails. I think they look pretty on people, but they're not for me....right now at least. On second thought, maybe I should go get a manicure anyway...

More bizarrely, I dreamt that I delivered a bald baby boy. Let me clarify: a 9lb, 18 inch long, bald baby boy.

That's not a baby, that's a bowling ball.

lol. that's hilarious! I vote for a 7.5lb baby...18 inches? how long were luke and paul? bald?...probably NOT considering, but I suppose it could happen.
;-)

not too much longer to go. how's that wagon ride?

Luke was 8lbs and a week early. Paul was early and 7lbs 5 oz. They were both 20 inches. If Luke were born on his due date I swear he would have been 9lbs!

I think you're definitely right about one thing, and that's that I don't think he'll be bald!

It's overcast here, so I'm not very motivated to get outside. We still might try it out, although I'm still sore from yesterday!

Okay this is in reference to an older post, but I didn't know if you'd see my comment there, so here goes...

I tried your wonderful "add a sweet potato to white ones" idea. It was very well-received by the whole family (thank you, Hesitant Homemaker), at least ALMOST the whole family... Can you guess what my cheese-obsessed husband thought when he saw orange mashed potatoes? His eyes got all wide and excited, and then he tasted them, major bummer for him, but A+ from the Smith girls.

I'm glad you liked the potatoes! You know, I tend to make my mashed potatoes with cream, butter, sometimes cream cheese, and sometimes with sharp cheddar cheese, so who knows, maybe you can fool him again by adding a sweet potato AND some cheese ;-) .
