Snapshot.

For 7am, there is just way too much going on at this little coffee table. Colored pencils, legos, and a 100 piece turtle have taken over my day before my contacts are even in. I shall have to drink the entire pot today.

Our day started extra-early this morning as well! Lots of coffee, lots of Disney CDs (which I seem to enjoy as well), not a lot of patience! Right there with ya, Mal! :)

It ended up being a pretty good day, even if it started a bit bleary-eyed. Luke just learned how to follow a Lego pattern (that's a pencil he built. See it?) And when he's on to something new, he gets so excited that he can't seem to sleep and wakes up super revved.

I like the Disney CD's, too. But Raffi totally takes the cake :)

I DO see it! And love it!
Our day wound up really good, too. We enjoyed one more evening splashing and building sandcastles at the beach... is it really time for the Vikings to be playing again?! I'm a little excited, just not quite ready! :)

p.s. Singing "Baby Beluga" to my 2 kids was often the only thing to get them to sleep as babes. We totally appreciate and love Raffi, too. :)

I've been known to call Belle, "Belley Beluga". That CD has been on pretty much nonstop since she was born! Mallory talked me into "Rise and Shine" for her 2nd birthday. At first, it was a total boycott. She would turn off the CD player when I put it in, but she's coming around.

Mallory! Remember how awesome we thought Justin's Disney collection CD was, until Luke and Claire discovered "The Tikki Hut"?!
